Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for evaluation of culture of academic medicine initiative service.
[A] Budget: Up to 35,000 USD.
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation framework with an emphasis on a respectful and more accepting academic medicine working environment to the government authority located in Ontario.
- Provide data collection tools for the collection of performance measurement data.
1. Logic model
- Produce a formal logic model to articulate a theory of change, describing the causal pathways from agency activities through to their intended outcomes. This logic model will inform the performance measurement framework that establishes the key performance indicators to measure these intended outcomes.
2.Development of an evaluation plan and framework
- In alignment with the logic model, create an overall evaluation plan including a framework for evaluation of agency. Included in the evaluation framework should be key performance indicators. The stakeholders of this Initiative are listed below, with each possibly having different needs and will thus require different evaluative approaches to understand the impact and benefit of this Initiative for each of them.
- Institutional: Medical schools, hospitals, research institutes, family practice clinics, etc.
- Organizational: National and provincial organizations
- Individual: Preceptors and faculty
- Individual: All learners, medical students, residents and graduate students
- Individual: Staff involved in the learning and clinical environment (administrative staff in faculties, hospitals, clinics and laboratories)
- Individual: Patients
3. Data collection and reporting tools aligned with evaluation plan
- In alignment with the evaluation plan, create a repository of tools to be used for data collection, analysis and reporting.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be three year.

Performance of the work will be offsite.
