[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online budget planning solution to replace the current manual budget process with automatic workflows of budget request and approval.
- Integrated with SAP HR module to support multiple hierarchical structures including standard department structure and reporting hierarchy with flexibility to change the structure for different scenarios.
- Integrated with SAP HR to extract individual staffing data showing position, employee and bargaining unit classification, current salary and benefits, etc.
- Ability to maintain multi-year and multiple budget scenarios.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 27, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
