[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and hosting service using content management system.
- Full responsive and supports viewing across all platforms, devices, display, resolutions and browsers with a mobile-first approach to functionality.
- Must be HTML 5 and fully responsive.
- Website should use automated meta-tagging to optimize the search experience through search engines.
- Google keywords are to be implemented in the initial design and launch to assist with transition of branding.
- CMS module, if possible should make it easy for content to be formatted for search engine optimization.
- Website must provide ability for users to subscribe to website alerts when news, articles or new events are posted.
- Website must allow for a splash page alert to be automatically displayed if there is an immediate newsworthy item, event etc.
(2) Contract term will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
