(1) Vendor needs to provide website replacement services using content management system compatible with mobile devices, Browser and search engine optimizing.
- Redundancy and reduce the current risks associated with limited internal resources for support and troubleshooting of customized solution
- Allow non-technical staff to edit existing content and create new content in a secure user-friendly way
- Ability for non-technical town staff to create and edit content through an easy-to-use content management system.
(2) The term of the contract will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
