(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle application express development service for the business planning and technology branch of transportation services.
- To develop new oracle apex components, education regional staff on the contester developed application
- Ability to deliver projects using agile mythologies    
- Ability to migrate changers and applications throughout environments
- Ability to scale available resources up or down on ad-hoc basis, as needed.
(2) The term of the contract will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
