[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide audio visual production services.
- Video productions produced both for the internal and external audience including public informational and educational, promotional or marketing, web streaming, live streaming, video on demand and interactive media, outreach to target audiences and recruiting, documentary and for record keeping, animation, and artistic and employee training and pedagogical programs, voice over, musical background, camera shoot or stills, drone filming or shoots, or remote device shoots, video modification, editing or adaption and any and all others type of media production not listed.
- Formats would include but not limited to; include SD and HD video, video for the web (whether web casts, web streaming or video on demand), animation graphics and interactive multimedia / new media platforms.
- Pre-production will include research, scripting: may include but not limited to concepts, treatments, drafts, shooting and/or narration scripts, dialogue, story boarding, second language adaptation, scheduling, budgeting, location scouting and rights and releases.
- Production will include location and studio shooting, live streaming, web casting, stills shooting, or photo montages, casting of actors, personnel & equipment, supplies/stock, transportation & travel costs and props and construction.
- Post-production will include transfers/lab costs, time-coding, image scanning and digitizing, off-line editing; alpha testing, visual elements creation, computer animation, computer generated graphics, personnel & equipment, sound & music recording and music composition, sound track edit & mix, on-line editing; beta testing, digital effects, closed captioning, describe video scripts and dub masters, mastering, DVDs /blue-rays with time-code burn-ins with stock shot list, web ready files meeting the current government of Canada web requirements for accessibility, and branding, duplication and labelling and shipping to destination.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
