Vendor needs to provide asset management software for manage the core infrastructure assets including roads, bridges, building and facilities, capital investment planning and reporting capabilities and full GIS integration with multimedia including picture and video, ability to consistently record and categorize assets to the appropriate detail along with attributes such as condition, replacement value, expected life cycle, remaining useful life, ability to receive calls, initiate, track and close work orders against all assets categories, ability to link incoming requests to create work orders, ability to construct a risk matrix using probability of failure and impact of failure, ability to generate custom reports, ability to export to excel and ability to import data from excel, web browser accessibility with ability to initiate, enter data and close work orders, ability to support all work order and ability to track warranty information for all applicable asset categories.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
