[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide unified communication system is intended to address the telephony
needs of the city Including design, supply, install, test and provide ongoing support for a Unified Communication System solution that will meet the city’s functionality, scalability, reliability, and manageability requirements, and include a robust disaster recovery capability.
• Resiliency and redundancy options to ensure high availability operation;
• Seamless interoperability with other components/applications;
• Ability to add new features to the enterprise from a single location;
• Ability for system to leverage the resilient nature of the City’s IP data network;
• A single administration interface for ease of operation;
• Common resources for all features (directory, voicemail, etc.);
• Common features that can be extended to any phone on the system;
• Cost effective maintenance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Global (World-wide)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
