(1) Vendor needs to provide HR consulting services for the position of banding, salary administration and internal equity and compensation reviews, review the existing job evaluation plans, conduct an external market compensation review for each job classification and assess salary structure and make recommendations as to the appropriate salary bands, salary grid or steps within bands reflecting on market competitiveness to the government authority located in Listowel, ON.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 1, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
