[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital schedule and communication software to satisfy the following objectives including Provides Multi-User administrative access, Ability to assign user access permission levels (role-based access), System allows department’s message to be sent to individual, group, or entire department / division with message receipt confirmation. Ability to support secure text notification method, Ability to support email notification method, Ability to respond to the notification in the same method that the notification was issued (i.e. 2-way communication by text, phone or e-mail), Ability to override the notification system and allow an individual to call candidates personally if needed, Ability to provide on-call reminders, Ability to communicate as a team using the system's tools, Vendor provides assistance in creation coding of business rules, Ability to provide screen level and field level help, Ability to provide configurable help text, Ability to customize system functions, Supports screen layout changes by user, Ability to customize fields for data capture, Ability to create custom alerts and notifications, Ability to support the automation of current workflows, Provides Intuitively Ease of use of system, Ability to print schedules, Provides robust front-end reporting, Provides standard reports that are customizable, Provides standard ad hoc report writer for customization, Provides Business intelligence and executive reports, Provides mass data export capabilities, Provides graphical trending reports, Supports drill down on-line reporting, Provides third party custom report software compatibility, Provides Standard reports accessible directly from standard user screens, Provides Ability to create statistical reporting based on historical data, Provide data relationship diagram (ERD) available for custom reporting using third-party software, System is able to support an industry standard relational database, Provides ability to track and use employee refusals for overtime or outside work, Ability to trend data for future budgeting and hiring, Ability to report on call back response times, Provide Data Retention options, Provides functionality to perform time stamps on each and every data entry point initiated by users of the system for auditing and security purposes, Ability to track changes to schedules, Ability to report on disliked shifts scheduling, Ability to create schedules automatically based on the business rules, employee availability, and other data afforded to the system, Ability to create equitable schedules based on previous schedules and rules, Ability to create easy-to-read, visually intuitive schedules by employee, employee group and department, Ability for schedulers and Managers to approve and manage staff requests.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for five years

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
