[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for commercial study that is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the commercial needs within the neighbourhood areas and urban core areas including quantity, scale, location and form to the government authority located in Ontario.
- To provide integrated community design that coordinates land use, the natural heritage and open space system, the street network and built form to reinforce the community vision.
- To encourage mixed use development along strategic corridors and at neighbourhood centers.
- To create retail and service commercial development that has a strong relationship to streetscapes and major pedestrian ways.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 21, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
