[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide graphic design services is the art or professions which create visual communication that combines images, words, and ideas to convey information, to produce a specific effect and address a message to a target audience on an as needed basis.
- The graphic design services are provided under three categories: printed and imprinted design, digital design, as well as exhibit and display design.
- Also provide publications, including magazines, periodicals, journals, newsletters, posters, brochures, leaflets, flyers, bookmarks, letterhead, postcard, publications, masthead, name tags, stationery, pamphlets, business/calling cards, reports, publications, strategy documents, departmental plans, assessments and policy documents, books, inserts, manuals, technical documents, training material, illustrations, charts, graphs, photos, maps, tables, certificates and awards, illustrations and images (produced in black & white, specially mixed colours or four colour process) for application or inclusion, informational kits (kit folders with inserts etc.), conference and event support materials (1-pagers, directories, signage, wayfinding’s), visual identifiers, logos, signs and banners, collateral materials (large and small format), packaging, promotional items and Wraps and films.
- Digital design to include Social media graphics and templates, channel branding graphics, avatars, social post graphics, web banners, bumper buttons, display adds, twitter handle, digital templates such as PowerPoint templates, email invitations, e-newsletter, word templates, overhead presentations, photographs, e-publications, such as e-bulletins, blogs ,E-learning products, layout and appearance of microsites (short-term events and initiatives) website and landing page, interactive/dynamic and/or accessible files such as .PDF, website or application template and layout (partial, existing or new), digital display graphics, leader boards, splash pages/start up screens and graphic interfaces and menu pages for navigation purposes.
- The process of putting all of the designed elements together to create the final files (i.e. camera-ready artwork) that will be supplied to the printer, the producer of exhibits and displays or the web master by the project authority for use in production of the final product.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
