Vendor needs to provide vision screening service for all senior kindergarten students in region schools for public health branch- healthy living division to the government authority located in Newmarket, ON.
- The school vision screening, coordinate with schools to make prior arrangements regarding the screening dates, time and locations.
- The screening process, including clarification that vision screening is non-invasive.
- Provide regular status updates to public health about screening completion.
- Provide or ensure that provision of vision screening by trained individual as per ministry stipulation for students in city all schools annually.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
