(1) Vendor needs to provide labour relations strategic support services will support strategic labour relations discussions and advice, strategic labour relations advice, assessment of operational change and risks, review of partnerships and labour relations risks, market and benchmarking review of all OHA comparator hospitals and economic scan of union awards in and outside healthcare industry.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
