Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for human resources and organizational development consulting services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources and organizational development consulting services support in recruiting and retaining talent, employee engagement, team performance, assisting units with service and program planning, developing leadership capacity and enabling all members of community to accomplish their goals to the government authority located in Ontario.
- HR currently has a skilled talent, learning and engagement team dedicated to offering excellence in client service and applying deliberate, evidence-based approaches to attracting and retaining employees, supporting leaders, and improving team performance, employee engagement and building a positive workplace culture.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all requests
• For each request, prepare a written proposal for HR or the leader client on how they would approach the request, including methodology, timelines and costing, and upon assignment of any request, prepare a statement of work prior to commencement of services
• Follow-through on client agreements and communicate promptly to the client and Human Resources if not able to fulfil a request
• Regularly communicate the status of western client requests and work progress to western human resources
• Provide service in a manner that builds trusts and maintains confidentiality
• Build constructive relationships with key stakeholders
• Work independently and in collaboration with administrative and academic leaders and their teams to support the achievement of their goals
• Assess needs and issues and implement customized interventions to support the successful achievement of defined goals
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
