[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide management services for performance hall concert series
- The proponent monitors and manages financial resources related to programming, negotiates contracts with artists and cultural organizations, collaborates and supports the initiatives of the performing arts community in the area and participates in the development of marketing strategies. The incumbent also provides various administrative follow-ups related to programming and contributes to the preparation of documentation for Community Services
- Establish a work plan and a budget that respect the pivotal dates and the budgetary framework provided by the municipality.
- Perform artistic research in the performing arts community, both locally and nationally.
- Participate in certain showcases or artistic meetings relevant to programming.
- Propose a series of shows and schedule (August, September, October, November and December 2022) and have them approved by Community Development
- Skills Required: Problems solving, Interaction with others, Decision-making / judgment, Action and results orientated, Action and results orientated, Interpersonal communications, Rigor, Organized
- proposed marketing strategy should include social media, print material radio ad spots, draws, interviews and other low-cost strategies that will increase event attendance and attendee satisfaction while saving on time and effort.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2022.

Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
