[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide short term accommodation software to provide on-going monitoring of STA listing advertisements for compliance with issued licenses, continuous monitoring for new STAs and
potentially other tools for the purposes.
• Updating and improving technical infrastructure, capacity and equipment where
necessary
• Relocating technological infrastructure to new areas to minimize wiring and cables, as
required
• Running and installing new network cables to support the new technology
• Audio visual update and procurement of, for example:
o Microphones and other audio equipment;
o Video capturing and live-stream technology;
o Projector screen or similar;
o In-person and on-line voting technology for public meetings; and
o other technological upgrades as agreed upon.
• Work with staff to create and execute a plan to improve technological infrastructure and
connectivity within Council Chambers in line with the project budget and scope.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 16, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
