Vendor needs to provide Microsoft project online implementation services to implement MS Project online to support agency with its resource, financial, project, and portfolio management.
- To a collaborative project management tool to support project activities
- To identify and procure a suitable project management software for the organization. Microsoft (MS) project online was the selected solution for agency given its resource, financial, project, and portfolio management features, which will assist agency in aligning projects with corporate strategic objective
- Planning and design of Microsoft project online and project for the web solutions (e.g., process review and analysis of existing enterprise project management frameworks, elicitation and documentation of business requirements, translation of business and reporting requirements into configuration requirements, etc.)
- Enterprise configuration of Ms project online and project for the web (e.g., creation and deployment of project types (including ungated or pre-defined gated workflows (e.g., tbs guide to project gating2), project detail pages, development of dashboards and reports using Ms power bi, etc.)
- Deploying enterprise scale Microsoft project online and project for the web solutions
- Contributing to enterprise change management plans for Microsoft project online and project for the web
- Implementation of Microsoft project online and project for the web for canadian federal government clients.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
