[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management review and customer service policy
- The Municipality is seeking proposals to provide a strategy to:
- Optimize existing software platforms, integrate applications for streamlining accessibility and service, and transform manual processes to digital applications, where it may improve service or efficiency;
- Review current customer service delivery;
- Recommend service delivery improvements and outline associated cost savings;
- Recommend new policies and procedures as they relate to serving the community; and
- Create a new customer service policy.
- compile a list of services that could/should move to online or electronic platforms and the costs and staff capacity required to complete such a move
- identify service level standards with commenting agencies and regulatory authorities that work with the Municipality;
- provide short-term and long-term guidance based on the sector “best practices” to modernize service delivery models and enhance customer service engagement;
- provide a multi-year plan working toward providing easy, convenient service to residents whether they choose to interact with the Municipality online, in person or by phone
- Review municipal town hall apps, and recommend options for the Municipality if appropriate. This review will include a full analysis on implementation of a recommended app, including costs, staff capacity, and integration capacity with the current ERP system (Keystone Computer Resources) and if it does not integrate with the current ERP system, the municipal ERP systems with which it will integrate. In addition, outline integration capacity with the current website.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 1, 2022.

Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
