Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for digital modernization and efficiencies implementation software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital modernization and efficiencies implementation software
- Migration of up to 5 Critical Servers from Municipal premises to Microsoft Azure
- The Municipality should be able to leverage the migration process & service for future server migrations
- Migrations from existing MDM solution (Miradore) to target MDM solution (Microsoft Intune)
- Approximately 150 devices
- iOS and Android based devices
- Design & Implementation of hybrid corporate device management via Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
- Design and implementation of new cloud-based portals delivering
- Automated Contract Management
- Public Services Portal providing facility booking, program registration
- Revamped Corporate intranet
- Analysis, Design, and Implementation of a modern Microsoft Teams based Municipality wide calling system that will support future use cases such as::
- Municipal hotlines and call centers
- Public Service Hotline via NICE inContact
- Headset, desk phone and conference room solutions recommendations
- Legacy system is OnPrem VOIP via FreePBX
- Design migration model of corporate data on File Server to modern cloud-based storage:
- Include should be a minimum of 2 departmental migrations to validate organizational applicability
- Analysis and design of a fit-for-purpose network architecture
- Industrial system best practices: experience with recreational public facilitates and Municipal services such as Water management preferred
- Including WAN, LAN, WiFi and Data Center design including VLANs and Security best practices
- Must be based on an industry leading network solution including but not limited to Cisco, Meraki or Ubiquiti.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
