[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual and meeting management system.
- No personal data shall be stored in the cloud server and the remote user appliance shall not store any delegate or personal data whatsoever
- Only delegates that exist and authorized in the Audio-Visual Management Application system shall be able access the meeting
- Participants shall only access through a personal invitation sent from the Audio-Visual Management Application
- able to join a meeting when the meeting is open for remote participants, once the meeting is started, and the delegate’s ID is known in the system
- access to all Regional data and be able to backup all Regional data
- proposed system shall have processes in place to monitor unauthorized data breaches and the Region must be notified of all unauthorized data breaches immediately
- solution must have an API allowing for inter-system communication between the attached systems
- solution shall fully support data exchange between the AV Solution and the Region’s DIS System and eSCRIBE Agenda Management systems over the API
- solution must proactively exchange data or “pickup” data from the e-agenda system.
(2) An optional pre-bid meeting will be February 10, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
