[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide translation services
- Remote Care Management (RCM) Document Translation:
- to provinces and territories to accelerate adoption of virtual care solutions which includes Remote Care Management (RCM) tools. As a result, hospitals and health care agencies are developing pilot programs to initiate the use of these virtual care solutions by way of submitting proposals and applying for funding
- Additional Remote Care Management Tools:
- Coordinate and manage a Translation Database for each Remote Care Management Application by way of the Supplier’s own internal database or project management
- Coordinate and manage a database or similar to track, record and report
- General Document Translation:
- General document translation consists of documents and materials that outside of the scope of documents/materials within the remote care management programs (i.e. business training materials; general business documents; files).
- The Successful Proponent should provide Translation Services including but not limited to the following languages:
- From English and/or French to various languages;
- From various languages to English and/or French;
- Indigenous languages; and
- Other languages
- Computer Aided Translation:
- to provide Translation Services using translation memory as a translation service implement. CAT shall not replace an actual translator. The usage of the Translation Memory tool typically reflects the following matches within a source document:
- Exact match refers to when the match between the current source segment and the stored database of previous translations is a character by character match (i.e., 100% match); and,
- Fuzzy match refers to when the match is not exact, a fuzzy match is greater than 50% and less than 100% match.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
