[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal budgeting software to input and identified policy, processes, access to data system and expedite issues related to gaps for the project.
- to review, design and deliver the entire Municipal Budgeting Software Solution with end-to-end planning, consistent and effective architecture and security design and implementation
- create and maintain as appropriate project management artifacts including, but not limited to: project plan, project schedule, change management process/registry, risk registry, issues registry and an escalation process for dealing with serious issues
- Information Security review during the initial design/planning phase and stress/performance testing phase
- emphasize data security, ease of use focusing on streamlining data entry, flexible reporting tools and be responsive on all devices
- integration of the Municipality’s current data will be included for testing of the platform
- system will be installed, the Municipal Budgeting Software Solution designed, and high-level training conducted for the main Users to understand how the system will work and how their processes/data will flow through the system
- Municipality-approved Municipal Budgeting Software Solution Design, including system outline, and integration designs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
