[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide motor pool reservation and management system that can provide online vehicle reservation, vehicle reporting and management, keyless and/or keyed entry to vehicles, options for computer/web-based application, secured access for software and hardware.
- motor pool solutions that are web-based with the capability of making reservations online, key management and keyless entry, and robust reporting
- capabilities to book vehicles, prioritize vehicle usage and keep track of maintenance requirements.
- motor pool solution be accessed via a web-based platform
- new users create their own profile
- solution be integrated with another database with established logins and accounts
- solution be easily customized to the organization’s requirements
- end users generate customized reports
- solution capable of automated responses.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 26, 2021.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
