Vendor needs to provide webcast production and consultation service for virtual and on-site webcasts.
- objective is to have assistance with the production and editing of webcast segments in both official languages (English and French) for both internal and external use.
- Virtual webcast production
- Webcast and audio editing
- Webcast and audio rendering
- Create webcast pages/channels in both English and French (as required) at least two months in advance
- Conduct testing of the internet connection with the webcast platform at the venue, and troubleshoot any problems at least two months in advance.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
