[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide third party short term disability management adjudication services to wide range of medical benefits for eligible employees to cover absences from work due to injury or illness and to assist with recovery and ultimately return to work.
- The following leaves of absence generally form part of the sick leave benefit
- Sick leave
- Family sick
- Long term disability
- The Services provider will work directly with the city the adjudication and management of paid sick leave/ short term disability claims. The service provider will promptly validate medical absences, facilitate the required treatment and expedite the early and safe retune to work where appropriate.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
