[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services include strategic recruitment planning, sourcing, advertising, pre-screening, interview and assessment of candidates debriefing unsuccessful candidates and presenting the city with highly qualified passive and active candidates to the government authority located in Mississauga, ON.
- Senior Executive: Commissioner is responsible for providing strategic advice to council and supporting the city to achieve the vision
- Reporting to the city manager and CAO, you will lead a team of directors, Sr. managers and administrative co-ordinator who provide innovative, strategic and integrated services to the public staff and council
- Director: Position that report to this position senior manager, managers, supervisors, professional and technical specialist, administrative co-ordinator
- Comparable position in the private sector Vice president, director
- Senior Manager:
- Comparable position in the private sector: Assistant vice president, director, manager
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
