[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document and records management software for the supply, setup, training and support of an on-premise document and records management system however all proposal must include a roadmap to a cloud solution.
- Types of documents and records to be stored in the repository include Microsoft word and Excel, PDF, searchable PDF, JPEG, GIF email messages CAD files etc.
- Integrated scanning software could deposit scanned documents directly into the repository applying metadata to single documents or to entire batches of documents
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
