Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for welcome website redesign services using CMS.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide welcome website redesign services using content management system must be compatible with search engine and browser.
- The redesign will update the look, navigation and content. Enhancements are also required on the backend, so we can quickly and easily update the website, start capturing student information and present them with personalized content to convert them into their next stage of the recruitment cycle,
- Visual redesign and creation of appropriate layouts and templates, including video and photo recommendations,
- Robust content strategy and information architecture that is relevant to a prospective student, accessible, and optimized for search engines, including delivery of written content for top-level pages,
- Lead capture/request for information to turn visitors into prospects with integration to Salesforce CRM,
- Personalization/customization of the website to drive action: turn prospects into applicants and admitted students into confirmed. This will be achieved through the implementation of Clive, a tool available through the Cascade Content Management System,
- Enhanced Google Analytics, including creating webpage performance goals tied to recruitment ROI, this will eventually be tied into the CRM so we can make recruitment strategy decisions and increase conversion,
- Site navigation that is intuitive, inclusive, and personalized for individuals or for groups,
- Content for at least 6 top-level pages optimized for search, in particular merging of program information with admission information for that program,
- Ability to create campaign-specific or stand-alone landing pages,
- Delivered templates that meet all of the latest web standards and support at least two past versions of the main browsers across all common operating systems,
- Inclusion of an effective content migration strategy,
- Personalization/customization of navigation elements as well as buttons, side navigation, banners, etc. to encourage action, this must be achieved through the implementation of Clive, a tool available through the Cascade Content Management System both using same-session behavior or by using previous behavior data stored in Salesforce CRM,
- Creation of events and goals on Google Analytics, tied to the following actions:
- Sign up for a tour, Apply, Log in to offer portal, Log in to Student Center, Accept.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 19, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
