Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for medical consultation service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide medical consultation service to the government authority located in Ontario.
- Upon receipt of a contaminated ZOLL AED unit with blood or body liquids. The Contractor must resent it to the CSC site for biohazard decontamination and inform the Project Authority.
Perform, per occurrence, a “data download” from the ZOLL AED;
- Undertake, per occurrence, a data review which involves an analysis, interpretation and summation report based on all stored information inside the AED and an AED Event Report (Post-Rescue Medical Report – CSC/SCC form number 1323-05 or 1323-06) supplied by or on behalf of the rescuer.
- Submit the report within 10 working days after receipt of the AED unit to the sender;
- Inspect the AED to ensure that all servicing requirements are met including changing the battery, padz or exterior cover if broken;
- Before sending the unit back to the CSC site or institution the Contractor must perform an appropriate rhythm analysis and ensure the unit functions properly;
- Return the AED unit to the sending site in an operational state. The list of CSC institutions/sites;
- Provide a summary report of all AED usages every three months to the Project Authority and designated CSC staff in Human Resources – Occupational Health & Safety (HR-OHS), the Contractor may be required to participate in a conference call to discuss the report;
- Participate in a post-incident call review by teleconference or videoconference, if requested to clarify the events or information relating to the data;
- Provide guidance to the Project Authority and designated CSC NHQ staff in HR-OHS, as requested;
- Provide support to the CSC staff as a subject matter expert in any legal proceedings involving cardiac emergency incidents whereby an AED was used within CSC facilities.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
