Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for web design and development services for a global digital education platform using Drupal CMS.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web design and development services for a global digital education platform using Drupal content management system must be compatible with social media, browser, mobile devices.
- Seeking a digital design/build partner (consultant) to work with us to plan, design, develop, and launch the KIX platform using the technology and software
- Proven experience in user experience design and user interface design for web
- Drupal 8 for the content management framework
- Content delivery network solution to increase performance for globally distributed users
- Hosting must be cloud-based or with the GPE'S data centre partner
- Instead, hosting should be with a cloud-based provider such as amazon web services, google cloud platform, Microsoft azure or a software as a services host like digital ocean or pantheon
- Project should include a proposal for hosting and managed services for the solution, costs for hosting should be listed, but do not need to fit within our project budget
- users can sign up to receive mail chimp newsletters as well as subscribe to KIX social media channels (i.e. Instagram, twitter, YouTube, video, Facebook, Flickr, etc.) through the website
- admins can view analytics on site visitor behaviour (via google analytics)
- Repository can host documents, images, video, and audio files.
(2) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
