[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial due diligence and energy consulting services to the government authority located in Toronto, ON.
- provide financial due diligence, energy analysis, and expert advice and assistance on an as-needed basis related to the review of applications to the ALGP and to the on-going monitoring of approved loan guarantees under the program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2020.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
