Vendor needs to provide social media monitoring tool to collect, track, and understand the broader context of mandate through conversations on social media, social media content and activities; inform overall communications planning and messaging; and provide actionable insight to enhance future social media efforts.
- Real-time monitoring and analysis of social media content including Forums, Blogs, Video and Photo Sharing Sites (e.g. YouTube), All major social networks (must include Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) that are publically accessible, International and Domestic Online News, General News (TV, radio media coverage), Wikis and Comment sections and threads from all of the above mention sources.
- Advanced search capability that allows user(s) to filter all incoming data/search results by multiple categories, including the following Media type, Keyword(s), Date, Key messages or topics created using further Boolean query, Sentiment, Geography (City, Province/State, Country), Emerging trends/issues based on geographic location, Language(s), Influencers.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
