(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services to accept first, second, and third placements to collect outstanding provincial offences defaulted fines and other municipal debts to the government authority located in Thorold, ON.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
