(1) Vendor needs to provide digital experience platform.
- Provide a simple and easy to use, interactive, user- friendly platform that streamlines customer interactions across multiple devices for a consistent experience for both internal editors and public users.
- Provide a platform that has modern edge technology with the ability for seamless future upgrades.
- Provide a platform that allows for data to be collected and securely stored across multiple digital channels with effective site-wide search capabilities.
- Provide a solution that has a modular component design, extensible architecture, future- ready, common standards and a development toolkit.
- Provide a platform that is accessible, following web content accessibility guidelines, to help the region reach web content accessibility guidelines.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 19, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
