[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours call answering service from 4:30 P.M to 8:30 A.M Monday through Friday, twenty-four-hour service on Saturdays and Sundays and all applicable holidays.
- The estimated call volume is 620 calls per month, with estimated annual minutes of 7660 last year.
- The followings types of phone calls are examples of emergency phone calls that would be dispatched to on-call staff such as.
- Emergency water shut off
- No water services
- emergency repairs (roads, forestry, parks etc)
- Animal services (Dog bite)
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
