[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide HRIS, payroll and time and attendance software for efficiency and cost savings through the implementation of this new software, accurate and efficient reporting, budgeting and forecasting process, ability to record and store employee personal identifiable information, ability to provide visibility into job history, status history, salary history, leave details and other effective-date changes to employee records, access to a web based tool allowing them to complete or approve routine transactions, view and print pay stubs, ability to integrate or interface with existing financial software, ability to produce user friendly template and customized reports on a variety of employee data and metrics, prepare and calculate pension adjustments, support the setup of multiple benefit plans, ability to manage complex attendance rules, ability to process prior pay period adjustments, tracking and notification of when maximum number of overtime hours, ability to track multiple leave types, ability to create, view, update and approve employee work schedules based on defined parameters.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
