[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based online and on-demand leadership development resource solution for management-level employees with a focus on building leadership capabilities through robust content and tools.
- Solution should be fully accessible, research based and engaging, with online content available in a variety of formats including videos, articles, online course materials, downloadable PowerPoints and checklist.
- Content should cover a wide range of topics, at a minimum business acumen, self-development, leading others, effective communication, emotional intelligence, performance management and strategic thinking, content should be engaging, research-based, and grounded in best practices, content should be refreshed based on current research and best practices at no additional
cost to the region, content should have standard attributes that include title, description, publisher, duration and release date, solution should include discussion forums, assessments, bookmarking capabilities, and content rating capabilities.
(2) An information meeting will be held on March 18, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
