Vendor needs to provide collections management solution to meet the different collection metadata requirement of Gallery, Museum and Archives.
- New software will also have to reflect several critical hands-on processes, techniques and in many cases, unique and highly specialized cataloguing approaches,
- System must be standards compliant, support multiple users and different collecting disciplines and types, support migration and integration of legacy data, including an intuitive, user-friendly internal web-based interface and public-facing searchable web-based interface that effectively manages the vetting, publishing of certain public domain data.
- All focused-on standards-based data entry, data validation, authority controls, terminology controls, tracking loans, conservation, pre-defined reports, data sharing across departments, online searching and browsing and more.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
