[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Parks and Recreation Management Software to explore option with currently marketed software providers that would allow the city improve upon current services level, Program registration, facility booking, account management, subsidy management, integrated point of sale, financial administration, marketing, customizable reporting, integrated point of sale and inventory management both in person and via the web, Robust, flexible, mobile friendly self-serve transaction, comprehensive financial management and customizable business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards, track record in providing major application solution, track record of exceeding customer expectation after the solution implementation.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 14, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
