Vendor needs to provide international ed student pre-assessment application and tool which will in a multi-lingual environment, allow students to self-register for assessment, assess the students English proficiency in line with the state, offer an English course, based on the students achievement, in reading, writing, speaking and listening, real time reports on student activation and engagement in the assessment process and include an email mechanism to send activation and follow-up emails on behalf of agency.

- Onshore (Canada Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
