Vendor needs to provide transit strategic plan development services to review the existing transit services, evaluate application of modern day tools and craft a transit strategic plan the current and future needs and plan summarizing the study work undertaken, a preferred conceptual service plan and estimated capital and operating costs.
- Potential influences on the development of public transit services,
-The public transit needs for residents and business community,
- The existing service assets and develop a listing of services options including fixed route, flexible services, micro-transit, demand responsive and specialized transit options, along with a matrix of service along with associated technologies.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
