[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call centre services for clients via email and through toll-free numbers, members of the team are mainly responsible to answer enquiries received by telephone, email and occasionally by fax or regular mail, from Monday to Friday.
- Service from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on a full and part-time basis.
- Call Centre Agents may also perform outbound calls when returning a client’s call.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
