[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide electronic hand hygiene compliance monitoring system.
The product and solution should be able to address and provide, but not be limited to, the following:
- Timely, real-time monitoring and customized reporting at various levels of granularity;
- Technical customization of the calculation of hand hygiene compliance based on scientific evidence or site-specific validation studies;
- Monitoring and reporting of compliance in wall mounted dispensers, soap dispensers and portable dispensers commonly referred to as point of care dispensers;
- Compatibility with various providers of alcohol-based hand rub and hand lotion products and dispensers;
- Integration with existing applications at the hospital;
- A robust maintenance schedule, training, and the provision of timely technical support.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
