[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound and outbound local and long-distance phone line services for all board locations.
(2) An approximately work volume will be 210,000 minutes per year and 78,055 of domestic, 480 of international and 4,185 USA outbound minutes per month.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2018.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
