[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide global travel management services to the offerors’ travellers, to enable travellers to plan, reserve, make and change travel arrangements and bookings while promoting adherence to the offerors’ travel policies to the government authority located in Ottawa, ON.
- Off-site dedicated counsellor(s) and online booking tool to manage regular overflow as well as peak period volumes or spikes in volume and to cover holidays and sick days.
- 24/7/365 services and documentation for Travelers and for Offerors’ Employees who arrange travel for others.
- All travel plans, advice, reservations, bookings, ticketing, etc., are to be consistent with Proponent’s marketplace offering to the majority of its other corporate clients through various services streams in English and French.
- Integrate web bookings as well as any pertinent offerors’ contractual information from the internet to the reservation and reporting system.
- Promote, recommend and booking preferred air carriers.
- Ability to view itineraries and invoices through an electronic medium and mobile phone applications.
- Notify Travelers immediately of any change in status.
- The regional account manager is responsible to manage the offerors’ travel portfolio requirements in its assigned region.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
