[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide loan servicing solution replacement including loan origination and account data, financial reconciliation data, reporting data and pre-authorized chequing.
- Develop a self-sufficient experience for clients in a centralized system, integrate multi-channel communication for clients, provide analytics for client use within new system, solution must be able to assign individual user roles with security permissions, must be fully bilingual in both French and English, ability to support external user parties restrict user access based on permissions within the system, solution must perform full and milestone fund advances for loans, ability to calculate and generate, as per program specs, an automatic journal voucher for interest charge by loan type and transfer the asset account to the accrued or earned interest information to the general ledger.
- Automatically recalculate loan from backdated adjustments, ability to manage and utilize several fixed and variable interest rates, automatically recalculate loan from backdated adjustments, solution must enable the ability to adjust repayment schedules, solution must have the ability to process unique monthly loan payments from clients, ability to auto-generate loan account reports and statements, assigning work items to individual teams with notifications, etc.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
