(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale software support
- To provide helpdesk and software support for Aloha version V12.2.
- Helpdesk support must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 364 days per year (excludes Christmas Day).
- Helpdesk support must be available via telephone, and all calls must be logged into a ticketing system for tracking and service performance measurements.
(2) All the questions had been due on September 20, 2018.
(3) An optional were held on September 13, 2018.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
