[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide debt collection services to the government authority located in Cochrane, ON.
- Provide an immediate electronic acknowledgement of all new accounts listed for collection.
- Provide closeout reports in a format acceptable to the Town, containing the details as originally listed of all uncollectable accounts, stating reason(s) why the account is uncollectable.
- Provide a confirmation of compliance with periodic requests for account adjustments.
- Provide a monthly report on all accounts collected, containing the details as originally listed, the amount collected and the relevant associated commission, stating the rate so applied.
- The Vendor(s) shall be responsible for all collection costs (e.g. bank ‘returned item’ charges, credit checks, consumer or corporate searches or bureau reports, copy of Information requested from Court).
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
