Vendor needs to provide online regulatory consultation system that would allow interested party to submit comments on regulatory proposals online through a single web portal, view comments submitted by other respondents during the development of a regulation, collect information on existing SaaS online consultation products, solicit feedback and recommendations from interested parties on the proposed requirements and strategy, gather industry knowledge and expertise with regard to best practices that would increase the success of project.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
